The Troy M14/M1A Modular Chassis System (MCS) is an original design that incorporates features found in no other M14/M1A stock system.
The excellent ergonomics assure easy customizing to suit the operator’s needs or unit requirements. This chassi accepts Any Diameter M14 Barrel and you can use the existing Op Rod Guide. This stock allows the use Any AR-15 Buttstock Assembly and any AR-15 Pistol Grip. A very desirable feature for all shooters that wish to use a specific stock or grip.
The Chassis is machined from billet T6 aluminum and is MIL-STD. type III hard coat anodized. It is available in Black and Flat Dark Earth, and has M1913 rails located at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock. All the rails feature numbered cross slots so you can easily remember the position where you mount optics / lasers. The single plane, full-length top rail allows perfect co-witness of iron sights and optics, and allows you to mounts all optical sights and scopes. Its smart design which encorporates a Take-Down pin, means that optics & sights remain mounted and undisturbed while field stripped. This means you do not have to re-zero any optics or lasers after cleaning.
This chassis will fit USGI M-14′s and commercial M1A variants. It allows for field strips without tools identically to factory and duplicates the ergonomics of the M16/M4 weapons system. Last but not least this entire system installs easily on all semi and full auto M1A or M14 rifles.
